PRODUCTION DEPARTMENTS, LOGISTICS & PRODUCTIONS
Logistics & Production Departments are responsible for the coordination and monitoring of all the production process steps, beginning from the purchase of raw materials. Production Departments, instead, take care of the construction and testing of components, up to machine assembly and testing/plant.

ENGINEERING
IMA’s engineering department’s main goal is to design products able to fit customers needs, with high flexibility in terms of functionality and considerable technological and innovative features.

STAFF AREAS, ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE
Staff areas, (Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Safety & Security, Information Technology, etc) and Administration & Finance support the other production divisions, each one for its area of relevance.

SALES, COMMUNICATION & MARKETING
Sales and Marketing Departments provide market and competition analysis, promoting the development of new products. Communication promotes the brand awareness and the Group’s culture through communication channels. Its main goal is to enhance the brand through targeted campaigns.
