For the IMA BFB division, we are looking for a AFTER SALES INSPECTOR.
IMA BFB is engaged in the design and manufacture of end-of-line machines.

 

Place of work: Bentivoglio (BO).

 

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

  • Being the required figure represents the main reference for the customer / branches / agents for all activities after the sale of the machines and promotes the sale of spare parts, services and upgrades;
  • Manages technical interventions at Customers of: commissioning, routine / extraordinary maintenance and any malfunctions;
  • Conducts courtesy visits to Customers based on input received from the After Sales Marketing department to promote the sale of spare parts, scheduled maintenance packages, general services and upgrades.

 

 

MUST HAVE

 

  • Prior experience in similar role, automatic machinery industry;
  • Technical education background in mechanical / mechatronic or electrical field;
  • Fluent English language both written and spoken;
  • Excellent communication/relational skills, technical/business aptitude and strong team-working orientation;
  • Willingness for occasional, short-term travel.

 


NICE TO HAVE.

 

  • Knowledge of a second language, both written and spoken;
  • Previous use of a management system - preferably SAP - of CRM and CAD.
