For the IMA BFB division we are looking for a SPARE PARTS ASSISTANT.
IMA BFB deals with the design and production of end-of-line machines.
Place of work: Bentivoglio (BO).
JOB SUMMARY
-
Drafting commercial offers for spare parts;
-
Customer assistance and technical support from order receipt to order development;
-
Supporting Project Managers/Product Managers/Area Managers/PV Inspectors in the technical-commercial management of the customer, as a point of reference for the various company functions, mainly Technical Office, Administrative Office, Import-Export Office;

Managing customers and agents in the assigned territorial areas.
MUST HAVE
-
University studies background;
-
Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.

Minimum experience in Customer Service in direct relations with international customers.
NICE TO HAVE
-
Knowledge of SAP;
-
Fluency in a second language;
-
Good interpersonal and organisational skills;

Customer and Team Working propensity.
