For IMA LIFE we are looking for a COSTUMER SERVICE TECHNICIAN , Pharma division.
IMA LIFE is the division operating in the production of machines and complete lines for the processing of liquids and powders in aseptic and non-aseptic environments.

Place of work: Castel San Pietro Terme (BO)

JOB SUMMARY

• Ensure deliverables are being achieved at the expected cost and to stakeholders’ satisfaction.

• Accountable for assigned Equipment Projects or Upgrades revamping’s from FAT till final Customer acceptance (SAT) 

• Costs, Project deliverables, including on-site activities are being completed within the project baselined cost 

• Supervise project schedule timelines GANTT and recommend suggestion to recover time losses/issues

• Eliminate roadblocks for the Team and recommend improvement towards optimizing end-to-end flows

• Support on Site Team in managing scope changes without affecting the baselined objectives and benefits, resolve conflicts 

• Monitor and ensure all IMA Project systems are regularly updated, such as SAP milestones/WBS and CRM

MUST HAVE

• Experience and proven track record in Project Management of capital projects for Pharma or other packaging applications

• Good English (written and spoken). Other languages is a plus 

• Knowledge of project financials
