For the Central Body of INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING IMA SPA , we are looking for a JUNIOR TIME AND METHODS ADMINISTRATOR.

The Central Body of INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING covers the function of liaison between the headquarters and all production sites, both in Italy and abroad, with the aim of aligning the methods and processes of production of parts, machines, lines and plants according to the standards and rules dictated by the parent company.

The Company Induction Project, dedicated to Junior figures, to cover the role, will include a specific training course, divided into several steps that will then take place at various company production entities.

JOB SUMMARY

 

  • Deepen knowledge of mechanical drawing and properties of materials and treatments and their applications;

  • Learn shop and adjustment processes and procedures and testing techniques through activities to be performed on machine tools and in the bench testing department of mechanical parts;

  • Develop an understanding of the company's supplier base to learn manufacturing and part machining processes for proper management of the production cycle;

  • Assist in inventory supply management, deepening knowledge of machine assembly diagrams and nonconformity management;

  • Develop, alongside experienced personnel, verification of drawings and bills of materials and supplier assignment skills, and management 

 

MUST HAVE

 

  • Technical Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics;

  • General mechanical and major machining knowledge;

  • Strong motivation to undertake training with a view to placement in the Time and Methods Department.

 

 

NICE TO HAVE

 

  • Previous work experience (2-3 years), gained in a machine shop or testing environment;

  • Good familiarity with major computer tools;

  • Good communication-relational skills, flexibility and predisposition to work in a team;

  • Fair knowledge of the English language.
