For the IMA Fillshape division we are looking for a SALES ASSISTANT.
IMA Fillshape manufactures and designs filling systems for flexible stand-up pouches with and without spout for the dairy, food, beverage and personal care sectors.

 

Place of work: Parma (PR)

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

  • Preparation of commercial (offers, order confirmations) and technical (MIP) documentation for projects, in cooperation with the relevant PM/AM. 

  • Support for marketing activities (trade fairs, catalogues and advertising campaigns)

  • Interface with various company functions (management control, logistics, technical departments, import/export, administration, legal department) to gather information 

  • Managing and archiving documents in Sharepoint, taking care of internal approval flows. 

  • Supporting the PM in the management of orders from purchase order to dispatch. 

  • Requesting test materials for machine testing and defining documentation for shipment. 

  • Collaboration with administration for issuing invoices, payment reminders and order management with letters of credit, leasing contracts, bank guarantees. 

  • Organising customer visits to the division (hotel bookings, pick-ups, coffee breaks, booking meeting rooms, etc.).

 

MUST HAVE

 

  • Experience in back office sales of approximately 2-3 years;

  • Advanced knowledge of the English language;

  • Good knowledge of a second language (preferably French);

  • Basic administrative/fiscal knowledge (e.g. familiarity with invoices, pro-forma invoices, international payment instruments).

 

NICE TO HAVE

 

  • Organisational skills, accuracy, aptitude for reporting and teamwork;

  • Knowledge of the Office package and SAP management.
