JOB SUMMARY
As an AssemblerFitter, you will perform mechanical and utility system assembly activities based on engineering drawings. You will contribute to high-quality capital equipment production by reading blueprints, assembling components, and operating various shop tools and systems.
Key responsibilities include:

Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to lay out, rig, and assemble mechanical systems with a focus on quality

Learning and applying welding, brazing, refrigeration, and/or electrical assembly techniques as needed

Safely and competently operating machine tools and equipment, including (but not limited to): grinders, polishers, drills, lathes, milling machines, and utility systems (water, steam, electrical, air, etc.)
This role involves working at heights and in confined spaces, as well as tasks requiring bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Prior experience with complex industrial or capital equipment assembly.

High school diploma required; trade school background preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and self-motivation.

Experience working with electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to work independently in a job shop environment.

SALARY RANGE
- $24 - $30 hourly
- Overtime eligible
- Bonus
