We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to join our Tonawanda, NY team.

JOB SUMMARY

• Create and modify 2D and 3D part and assembly models under the direction of senior engineering staff.
• Generate and update technical drawings based on models.
• Maintain structured bills of materials and part lists for assemblies.
• Review internal drawings for layout, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Support the development and upkeep of internal design and drafting procedures.
• Ensure assigned design tasks are completed with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal team members; interaction with customers or external stakeholders may occasionally be required.
• Comply with all site safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Associate degree in Drafting & Design Technology, Engineering Graphics, or Engineering Technology.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling and in generating technical drawings.
• Familiarity with drafting standards and ability to check drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• Experience working with bills of materials and part lists.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage and prioritize individual workload.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering team.

SALARY RANGE

• $55,000 - $62,000
