We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to join our Tonawanda, NY team.
JOB SUMMARY
- Create and modify 2D and 3D part and assembly models under the direction of senior engineering staff.
- Generate and update technical drawings based on models.
- Maintain structured bills of materials and part lists for assemblies.
- Review internal drawings for layout, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Support the development and upkeep of internal design and drafting procedures.
- Ensure assigned design tasks are completed with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal team members; interaction with customers or external stakeholders may occasionally be required.
- Comply with all site safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Associate degree in Drafting & Design Technology, Engineering Graphics, or Engineering Technology.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in mechanical design.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling and in generating technical drawings.
- Familiarity with drafting standards and ability to check drawings for completeness and accuracy.
- Experience working with bills of materials and part lists.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage and prioritize individual workload.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering team.

SALARY RANGE
- $55,000 - $62,000
