We are looking for a Test Technician to join our team in Tonawanda, NY.
JOB SUMMARY
- Provide support to the Test Supervisor during machine testing activities.
- Guide junior test technicians in procedures and troubleshooting.
- Perform mechanical and electrical testing on systems and equipment.
- Calibrate instruments and equipment required for testing procedures.
- Record, document, and maintain test data; support ISO 9000 documentation as needed.
- Identify and correct faulty components and test failures.
- Detect and resolve software-related malfunctions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment quality.
- Verify that nameplates, safety labels, and documentation are correctly applied, and that the equipment is ready for shipment.
- Support the Project Manager during customer visits and operational training sessions.
- Ensure that all testing procedures are completed in accordance with defined quality requirements.
- Provide finalized test documentation for inclusion in machine manuals.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or 5–10 years of hands-on technical experience.
- Experience with electrical systems, controls, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and shop personnel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

SALARY RANGE
- $ 62,000 - $ 73,000
