For the IMA AUTOMATION Division, we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER.
IMA AUTOMATION operates in the field of prototype machines/lines for the assembly of components in different application fields, such as medical, automotive, e-mobility.

JOB SUMMARY
-
Follow the technical development of the job order by constantly interfacing with the customer and the Technical and Production Departments;

Manage the order's day-to-day activities in liaison with company bodies, the sales force and the customer by defining and constantly updating the GANTT and monitoring the order's costs in order to achieve the established KPIs;

Assisting in the commercial pre-sales phase to issue proposals to the client.

Organising kick-offs with customer and technical departments and various company functions (logistics, assembly, documentation);

Short technical sales trips within Europe and North America
MUST HAVE
-
Master's degree in Management/Mechanical Engineering

Previous experience of 2 years in similar roles

Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written;

Willingness to travel frequently to other locations in the province of Bologna.
NICE TO HAVE
-
Coming from the automatic machinery sector;

Knowledge of a second language is appreciated: German;

Capacity for proactivity, spirit of initiative and information management.
