For the IMA AUTOMATION division, we are looking for a SENIOR MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY FITTER.
IMA AUTOMATION manufactures and produces customised plants covering specific accounts in Caps & Closures, Eye Care and Automotive.
Place of work: Ozzano dell'Emilia (BO)
JOB SUMMARY
-
Manage the assembly, assembly and testing of machines and lines:
-
Manage the work team and support the assembly and testing of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, following the diagrams provided by the technical department;

Carry out the validation tests of the systems, during the FAT phase, in collaboration with the electrical assembly personnel and then follow the FAT tests in the presence of the customer;

Manage the work team before travelling to the customer for the SAT phase.
MUST HAVE
-
Technical background in mechanical/mechatronics;
-
At least 10 years' experience in mechanical assembly and testing roles, with a background in engineering and/or automated systems companies;

At least 3 years' experience in the direct management and coordination of a work team

Good knowledge of the MicrosoftOffice package.
NICE TO HAVE

Good knowledge of the English language

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
